Eventually, everybody gets a stagnant, sluggish liver.
A stagnant, sluggish liver is because the liver gets overburdened, overworked, overstressed,
and it gets filled up with too many toxins and poisons.
We can come into this world with a stagnant, sluggish liver, or we can get the stagnant,
sluggish liver along the way, but something else happens.
We end up getting a fatty liver later on.
We get unwanted pounds.
We're gaining weight.
We're eating a lot of fat.
The fat stresses out the liver even more over time, and the more fat we're eating, the more stress the liver gets.
Eventually, deposits of fat grow inside the liver, store inside the liver, and it gets to the point where now we're at this pre-fatty liver stage, moving into a fatty liver stage.
And if we don't know how to back down the fats and take care of our liver, it only gets worse over time.
We gain more weight, and our fatty liver gets worse.
